Bitcoin withdrawals can be requested daily, Monday through Friday, between 05:00 and 17:00 Pacific Time. You can request five withdrawals each week.

Withdrawing with Bitcoin is quick and easy. Here's how:

  1. Open the Cashier and select Withdraw.
  2. Select Bitcoin or Crypto Currencies and enter the dollar amount.
  3. Copy the Bitcoin address from your personal Bitcoin wallet and paste where it says Enter your Withdrawal Address and then hit Verify withdrawal.
  4. Confirm that the amount of your withdrawal and your Bitcoin address are correct, and then submit the request for approval.

For security, our Withdrawal department runs standard reviews on all requests. These reviews take about 24 hours (up to 3 business days in rare cases). Once the review is complete, you'll receive your funds the same day.

Your Bitcoin wallet will receive the funds as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the Bitcoin network.

Bitcoin/Crypto withdrawal limits

With cryptocurrencies, you can take out as little as just $50 USD and as much as $10,000 USD on a single withdrawal.

There is a weekly limit of $50,000 USD and a monthly maximum of $100,000 USD.

This makes cryptocurrency the only option giving you that amount of range with your withdrawals. It is also the only option with no fees charged by Taormina.

*These limits apply to Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash. With all other types of cryptocurrencies, the maximum per payout is $4,500 (or less) depending on processor availability.

Bitcoin/Crypto withdrawal processing times

Bitcoin and cryptocurrency withdrawal requests are processed daily, Monday through Friday, between 05:00 and 17:00 PST (Pacific Time USA). Once pre-approval is complete, you'll receive your withdrawal the same day.

Remember you can request up to five withdrawals every week - once a day from Monday to Friday.

With all other methods, you can request only one withdrawal a week, making Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies the most convenient options for getting your money out anytime you want.

Bitcoin/Crypto conversion rates

The amount you will receive is always calculated using the conversion rate at the time the withdrawal is pre-approved.

In the event there is a difference in the conversion rate at the time of request versus the time of pre-approval, Taormina is not responsible for a change in price if that difference is in Taormina's favor.

Conversely, you would receive the higher spot rate if the difference was in your favor.

Paper Checks

Instructions

To request a withdrawal through a paper check, go to the Cashier and follow these easy steps:

  1. Select Withdraw, and then Checks.
  2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  3. Fill out the required details and hit Submit.

Please keep in mind that you'll be sent a cashier's check from Canada, so if you reside in another country we recommend you confirm that your bank will accept international checks, before using this method.

Also, checks must be mailed to your physical street address, they cannot be sent to a PO Box.

We use a courier service to ensure the fastest delivery possible. After being approved by our team, it can take up to 5 business days for you to receive your withdrawal.

Paper check withdrawal processing times

Paper check withdrawals are processed Monday to Thursday, from 05:00 PST to 17:00 PST, and on Friday from 05:00 PST until 11:00 PST.

You can make one withdrawal request every week (a total of 4 a month).

Once pre-approval is complete, It can take up to 5 business days for you to receive your withdrawal.

For higher limits and the option to request up to five payouts every week, you may wish to consider Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency for making your withdrawals.

Paper check withdrawal tracking

Once they are approved, all paper checks take approximately up to 5 business days for you to receive your withdrawal.

We are only able to provide a tracking number after that time frame has passed. If you still haven't received your check after 5 business days, please let us know.

Paper check withdrawal issues (check with your bank)

Before requesting a payout through a paper check, we highly recommend speaking with your bank to confirm the following:

Ensure they will take checks from Canada with 8-digit routing numbers

Confirm how long it will take the bank to clear the check for you (some banks can take weeks to do this)

If you already tried depositing the check, but the bank would not accept it, we recommend trying another bank first. Some banks have certain policies about receiving foreign checks but others do not.

If you experience issues or delays with the check, you may want to consider using a different option such as Bitcoin, which is the fastest and most convenient method we offer.

Paper check withdrawal limits

With paper checks, you're able to request from $250 up to $3,000 USD per withdrawal. Each withdrawal has a $50 fee.

You can make one withdrawal request every week.

For higher limits and the option to request up to five payouts every week, you may wish to consider Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency for making your withdrawals.

Paper check not accepted by bank

Certain banks do not accept foreign checks. It is always recommended to confirm with your bank before requesting a withdrawal to be sure they will take the check.

If you have already received a check and your bank won't accept it, you can try to deposit it at another bank.

But, if this is not possible, we can issue a stop-payment on the check. This has a cost of $250 USD (deducted from the value of the check), and the funds will be returned to your account in approximately 5 business days.

Paper checks withdrawals cannot be sent to Washington State

Unfortunately, due to the processor's limitations, paper checks cannot be mailed to Washington State. If this is where you reside, we must recommend you use another method of withdrawal instead.

You can use Bitcoin (or other cryptocurrencies) or Bank Wire. Different limits and fees apply, and all details can be found in the Cashier.

Bank Wires

To request a bank wire withdrawal, go to the Cashier and:
Select Withdraw
Choose the Bank Wire option Fill out the required details

The bank account number, routing number and SWIFT code are all required. If you have any doubts about those details, please contact your bank directly. The IBAN is only necessary for banks located outside the USA.

You can request from $9,400 to $20,000 and there is a flat fee of $600.

After being approved by BookMaker, wires take 3-5 business days to arrive in your bank account.

Bank wire restrictions

While most banks can accept bank wires without any issue, please keep in mind that bank wires cannot be sent to the following banks:
Bank of America
Credit unions
Intermediary banks

For security reasons withdrawals also cannot be sent to any third parties (the wire must be sent directly to a personal bank account in your name).

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.

Bank wire withdrawal limits

You can request withdrawals through bank wire for a minimum of $9,400 USD and a maximum of $20,000 USD. All bank wires have a $600 fee.

You can make one bank wire withdrawal request every week.

For the option to request up to five payouts every week, you may wish to consider Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency for making your withdrawals.

Bank wire conversion fees for non-USD accounts

All bank wires are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your bank account is in another currency, the amount you receive may be less than what you request, due to your bank's currency conversion rates.

We cannot be held responsible for any losses as a result of these conversions. To avoid this, we highly recommend that the receiving bank account for all wires be a USD account.

If you do not have a USD bank account at the moment, please open a new account in USD before requesting any withdrawals. With many banks, you should be able to simply request that a secondary USD account be added to your existing bank account.
